The three major assemblies of the engine, transmission, and drive axle of the Jiefang J6 platform have reached international standards, setting a new standard for the development of commercial vehicles in China. The core power of the 2490 series is the independently developed international level 6DN and 6DL engines, with a power range of 280-460 horsepower. Among them, the 6DN engine is one of the engines with the largest displacement and torque in China. The main powertrain of the 2250 series is a 130-280 horsepower series engine imported from DUETZ in Germany. The transmission assembly is the FS10209 transmission jointly produced by Jiefang and EATON in the United States. The drive axle is the largest domestically developed independently by Jiefang based on the introduction of Nissan diesel φ 500 single stage reduction axle and φ 485 through bridge, optional with self-developed φ 300 wheel reduction axle. The J6 cab, independently developed and developed by Jiefang, has a design that surpasses the world's top heavy-duty trucks, with a combination of form and spirit, and an extraordinary aura.
